A stroll through the picturesque Italian gardens will lead you to the beach and the iconic Spa complex. The guest house is located in a quiet yet popular residential area of South Cliff that is in very close proximity of Scarborough Town Centre and all the amenities the famous tourists’ destination can offer.

Popular attractions in town such as Stephen Joseph Theatre, Peasholm Park, Open Air Theatre, Alpamare Water Park and the Sea Life Centre are 1.7 – 4km from the property. The favoured South Cliff Golf Club is only 2.8km and the famous Oliver Mount Racecourse is 3.8km drive away.

We are located on the edge of the North York Moors National Park -4.8km and the idyllic  Cleveland Way route passes just at the back of Carlton House.
